Our Vanguard hot tub has changed our lives. We've used it constantly throughout the winter and as it's positioned on the patio outside, well worth the cold dash to the conservatory after a hot and relaxing session just chilling! We can easily accommodate 4 people comfortably but have had 6 in with not too much trouble! I would thoroughly recommend HotSpring to anyone considering purchasing a hot tub. They have provided an efficient, reliable and understanding service. We didn't feel at all pressurised into a purchase at all. We took delivery of our tub in June 2006. I would like to say a big thank you to Claire and Colin for all the help and advice we have received before and after purchase, nothing seems to be too much bother. I would also like to thank the two lads who installed our tub. They never stopped from the minute they arrived even though it was really hot in our back garden. They were very polite and efficient. I could not believe the distance they had travelled and had to travel after they had finished our installation and still stay punctual and cheerful. You don't get many people prepared to work as hard and efficiently these days. I was very nervous the first time we drained the tub, but help was at the end of the telephone if we needed it. The only downfall has been we couldn't see in the new year in the tub with our champagne as it was too windy 'up north', better luck this new year hopefully. We purchased our hot tub last year and the inauguration night was Bonfire Night - 5th November! The staff have been more than helpful and very knowledgeable about their products - they helped us to make the right decision as to the model we wanted. We have had so much pleasure from the hot tub during the winter months. Nothing like it! Sitting in there on a frosty night, watching the stars and moon with a nice glass of wine in hand and being toasty warm in the hot tub. The facilities at the showroom are good and enable you to make an informed choice. The delivery, installation and free final adjustment went off without a hitch and fitted in well with our other works around our new hot tub house and decking area. We have been pleased with the courteous and efficient service and have recommended HotSprings to our friends after they had a dip in our hot tub. My Bengal hot tub is one of the best purchases I have ever made, unfortunately my garden did not do it any justice! But now the decking is finished, my garden is now the centrepiece of my house. Our summer BBQ's are always a hit with friends and family because when the sun goes down we can all jump in the hot tub to keep warm, although I tend to use my spa a lot more when the weather turns colder. The best hot tub experience in my opinion is sitting under the stars with snow falling all around me, followed closely by bonfire night when I can sit and admire everyone elses fireworks from the comfort and warmth of my hot tub.Claire Lovatt, Harrogate
